Monochromatic Work Carry - Blake Harrison (@cattastropheeee)

Blake (@cattastropheeee) shares his work carry, keeping it to the essentials and with a monochromatic theme. How he incorporates each of these items into his workday can be found below:

The Leatherman is for anything I don’t want to use my Benchmade for. Scissors come in handy for when I fail at opening anything small with my hands, which I’m embarrassed to admit but happens way too often.

The Field Notes are to log my time at work since phones aren’t permitted at my job and let me doodle to pass the slow times there as well. The Tactile Turn is great for said doodling and any QA inspections.

The Benchmade Emissary is my main blade. I spent some time looking for an all-metal knife and this one just seemed to fit my style a bit more than others. It’s a bit small but I don’t always need such a big knife.

The Portland Leather Co. Bifold Wallet is my preferred wallet. I prefer leather over any metal wallet any day of the week. Small enough to slim down my wallet while still carrying all my essential cards and cash.

Seeking

Looking for a good titanium minimal wallet similar to the Gerber one. I want everything titanium. Titanium is my life. This isn’t my titanium carry but it’s been good for what I’ve been doing at work!

Taylor: A few options come to mind for all-titanium wallets.

The Vice Hardware F22 Raptor, for one. I picked one up earlier this year at Blade Show. The Gil-Tek RAW is easily one of the most minimal all-Titanium wallets, but I think Tyler might’ve stopped production for now.

Ridge Wallet makes a titanium version, but only the plates are titanium. The closest to the Gerber wallet would probably be the Machine Era Ti5, but it’s no longer available.

Finally, some I don’t have any experience with but I have only heard good things about are the EOS wallets.
