Compact Titanium Keychain Everyday Carry - Boyen

It’s safe to say that there is no shortage of ways to carry your daily gear, from deep in your pockets to off-body in pouches and bags. Boyen prefers to keep his most used items on his keychain, there at the ready for a quick grab. Here are his words on how he carries his kit:

This carry has been really solid for a long time. I started thinking about my EDC around 2010, at that point I was purely focused on keychain carry, which is still the most important element of my carry. I like to have the most functionality on my keychain since it’s the one thing that’ll always be in my pocket at all times.

Currently, my keychain is a Pickpocket Alpha with a glow fob, and the two items in this picture: the Spydernox and the Quantum D2.

The Spydernox is a recent upgrade from an Alox Classic. In functionality, it’s very similar, but I find myself using the Spyderco knife a lot. It's much more capable than the standard Victorinox knife.

My watch I bought 4 years ago and hasn't left my wrist since. I've carried it on my wedding day and everything in between. It's a great all-round watch that just really works for me, particularly due to the smaller size and thickness.

Everything fits comfortably in my pockets, leaving leftover space for a phone and the remainder of my keychain.

Seeking

I am looking for a wallet. I like to carry my wallet in my front pockets, which are already populated with the gear in the picture. As such, any wallet that can combine light and pen would be ideal for me. I currently have something made of webbed nylon, which is OK, but I'm sure there must be a better way.
